How do i get rid of self harm scars?

Basically i'm 14 and i went through a period of self harm over the last year but none of my family know about it as i've worn hoodies,long sleeves etc. But now it's summer and they're starting to get suspicious of it and my mum being an ex self harmer herself knows all the signs. . .So i was just wondering if anyone knew how i could get rid of them or cover them up without wearing long sleeved clothes any answers will be much appreciated thanks!How do i get rid of self harm scars?
why don't you try cocoa butter its supposed to make scars less noticeable but I doubt you will get rid of them all together.

scars are permanent, with time they may fade, but they will never go away completely. Suggest you own up to your issues with your mom so she can get you the help you need.
Cover Up Makeup . Or Accept It And Don't Do It Again
Ask pharmacist for a cream/gel called Mederma.
