Like using toothpaste or something?When you pop a whitehead it there anything i can do to prevent scars?
Usually the best way to prevent scarring is not to ';pop'; them at all. Instead, you should let them ';break'; on their own while bathing.





Try this: When you take a shower, use a GENTLE cleanser (most body scrubs work just fine), and use a soft wash cloth to scrub the area with the pimple. Don't scrub hard, just imagine like your using your hand to wipe some dirt off.





If this pressure causes the pimple to rupture, it was ready to go. If this pressure isn't hard enough, don't force it, and don't squeeze it like crazy either.





If the whitehead pops, make sure that you use the cloth and soap to wash out the pimple completely. Drain the fluids out, and wash it out. The pore should go back to normal in a couple days.





I did this process through my teenage years, and don't have a single scar! Good luck! :-)
