How can i get rid of bug bites scars?

Well about 2 or 3 months ago i got bitten by a few bugs on my arm and there was like 6 bites in a single spot. I think it was fleas because i visited my friends house and he had 2 dogs. any way i scratched them a lot and somehow i STILL HAVE THE SCARRS!!!!!!! and i wanna get rid of them help is apreciatedHow can i get rid of bug bites scars?
