I guess it would depend on how big and deep the scar is, what kind it is, how big and deep the cut is, and how ';properly'; it is healed. Scar revision is the technique of cutting out a scar and stitching up the incision so as to create a more aesthetic appearance. Though, sometimes that involves more complex procedures such as skin grafts. Since I'm assuming you're referring to an accidental cut, I would guess that maybe it is possible if all the factors lined up just right, but unlikely.
