How to get rid of acne scars?

I'm 18, and on birth control for medical reasons. I used to have really bad acne, but now I have a really nice complexion.





The only problem is that I have acne scars in my T-zone. Mostly under my nose and my chin. They're little reddish/brown spots that I can't seem to get rid of unless I cover them with makeup.
