How do i get superficial scars to heal quicker?

I have cuts on my arm that are not very deep, but they are taking ages to heal, its been 3 weeks, i hope its not scarring, is there anything i can put on it such as aloe vera gel or sudocrem to help heal it quicker?How do i get superficial scars to heal quicker?

vitamin E oil is supposed to be good
Gently massage them maybe with savlon as a lubricant
Rubbing them at least three times daily with olive oil or a shea butter based lotion is the best thing for them. Shea Butter is really the best of the two as it has so many properties for healing, rejuvenating, hydrating and so many other things.
Vitamin E, Evening primrose and Bio Oil are excellent for assisting wounds/scars to heal.
BIO-OIL for scars and stretch marks. can be bought in chemists
witch hazel stick may help. Get it in booths
put raw cold honey on. stops scarring and helps heal faster.
