How do i get rid of the scars on my upper leg?

I got these scars and bumps on my upper legs they look like pimples but their not. i shave up there and i want to know how to get rid of them...and how long will it take.





I tried alchoal and toothpaste and it workes a little bit but not fast enough.

You could try some removers...But sometimes scars just never go away
