Getting rid of scars that have been there for 12months?

I have scars on my feet that have been there for around 12months from blisters that I have had. The older ones are fading with time but i have my formal at the end of the year and plan on wearing strappy shoes. How do i get rid of the scars quicker? I know there are products but what are they and what price am i looking at?
