Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.
The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil
The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.
You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.
Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.
Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.How to remove acne scars effectively?
Hi There!
I am sorry to hear about your plight but i am sure there is a way out. Scars and skin imperfections can be removed.
I have tried a few products such as:
1) McDerma creams
2) Chemical peels
3) Derma roller
And frankly speaking, the effects of these products don鈥檛 really work. I have little to slight scar reduction with McDerma. Chemical peels for me cost a bomb and might work for a start but it is not a long term solution. For Derma roller, i am actually sceptical and the pain when using it does not help.
The only solution that worked for me is a brand called scarwiper. I was lucky because i was part of a select few that got to try it and experience firsthand how it works. Scarwiper uses Nanotechnology to help remove your scars. What i felt was that lots of dead skin came off and scars were not as deep as before. I have been using it ever since and my skin has improved significantly.
Give it a shot!
All the best!
Well actually I have tried the derma roller and it work for me, it tickled but wasn't painful, you must have been using too long a needle length and/or applying too much pressure. It's definitely worth a try.
After reading the top reply I went on the scar wiper web site and I still don't know what it is as there was no picture and no decent description, seemed a bit dodgy to me :S
Hi Girls!
I actually went for a 1 session of microdermabrasion... my skin was really sensitive after the session... and furthermore i did not see any improvements of my scar... it only helped in lightening my skin which wasn鈥檛 my main problem... arghhhh... i鈥檒l probably give scarwiper a try, its so tempting...
There's this product called Acne-Free and it ranges around 20-30 dollars...They have this scar fader that comes with it if you get the right kit, and it's just like proactiv. :)
What is the scarwiper about? Please let us know how you got it. Any website?
