How can I get rid of small scars?

When I was little, scratched my mosquito bites until they would scar, and now, I still have those scars. They are all over my legs. Anything inexpensive to get rid of them?How can I get rid of small scars?
Vitamin E oil works wonders but you've got to be consistent about putting it on. For some reason i find the oil you buy in the bottle doesn't do much. Buy the Vitamin E capsules, break them and squeeze onto your scars nightly. Mederma also works but not as well and it's more expensive.How can I get rid of small scars?

you can get scar removal cream but use the ones that say for new and old scars you wouldnt wanna use the ones for new scars if you didnt just get them or if you have a lot os money left over go for laser scar removal
you can try Ambi. it evens out the skin tone. or u can try Bio oil. reduces the appearance of old/ new scars and stretch marks

there are certain types of lotion that evens your skin tones, maybe you should give it a try.
MEDERMA works really well :) i have had many surface piercings on my skin that left long dark scars...it really helped :)
