How do you get rid of ingrown hair scars?

I usually shave my legs, just recently I started using this exfoliator that removes hair as well (Velvet Touch glove) which by the way prevents them, but being the dummy that I am, when I used to get to get ingrown hairs I used to sqeez 'em out and now I have brown spots all over my legs, how do I get rid of those???!!How do you get rid of ingrown hair scars?
rose hip oil. Research it and read about it. It works, trust me.
