I'm sure you won't find any of those any time soon, models are suppose to look flawless ( which reality nobody is).. but techology these days can soften pictures, also the models cake on alot of make up also plus get airbrushed to look picture perfect.
My guess would be no. Models are suppose to have the perfect body. And showing their scars would go against everything. Plus they would put tons of cover up over top of the scars anyways.
