it basically stuns the colour pigments in your skin so that they aren't visible, i had this done for stretch marks and it was fantastic! the lasers stop the pigment from reaching the surface but if you have lots this method can be expensive x xDoes laser treatment work to remove scars?
The PDL (pulse dye laser) should be able to help with the purple scars, assuming that it's merely dilated vessels. It won't do anything for the white areas.
try bio oil before you pay lots for laser treatment.

Yes it can but it all depends on who you go too. Check around and you are sure to find a good one.
