Best way and or products to get rid of acne and acne scars?

What are some ones that will for sure work? I have heard that sce stree control(oil free)by neutrogena, skin sucess fade cream by ';Palmer's, and Accutane. I am mainly looking for something over the counter. Im a guy, thanks.Best way and or products to get rid of acne and acne scars?
